1. Order Cut-Off Dates
  • All cut-off dates for custom orders are subject to change without notice due to increased seasonal demand.
  • The GlobeWest cut-off date applies only to items currently in stock in Melbourne. Availability may change at any time.
2. Stock Availability
  • Granite Lane furniture stock levels are subject to change without prior notice due to high demand.
  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment or deposit is received and stock availability has been verified.
3. Delivery Timelines
  • Delivery to rural or interstate areas is dependent on the schedules of third-party couriers and may vary.
  • Please allow additional time for pre-Christmas deliveries to addresses outside the Perth metropolitan area.
  • Custom-made furniture deliveries will be scheduled within one (1) week of production completion, subject to payment in full.
4. Payment Terms
  • All outstanding balances for custom orders must be paid in full before a delivery date can be confirmed.
  • Failure to make final payment within the specified timeframe may result in delays or rescheduling of delivery.
5. Storage Fees
  • A storage fee will apply to all custom-made or special-order items that remain undelivered beyond two (2) weeks after completion.
  • Storage fees will be charged weekly until delivery is arranged and completed.
6. General Conditions
  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, supply chain disruptions, and seasonal demand.
  • Granite Lane is not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight companies or unforeseen events once goods have left our premises.
  • Customers are encouraged to place orders early to avoid disappointment and ensure pre-Christmas delivery where possible
